SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Orders are shipped via standard delivery (5-7 business days). Customers will receive tracking information via email once order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. FGC will inspect all returns. Items must be in orginal condition, with all tags and labels attached, free of defect to be eligible for a return.
Delivery and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. We aim to issue a refund within 14 days of receving returned item, subject to the terms listed above.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return nor refund. We do not offer exchanges.
